This is the Secretariat of the EdTech Korea Fair.

We are pleased to announce the representative exhibition in the EdTech field in Korea, the 『2024 EdTech Korea Fair』, which will be held for three days from September 23rd (Monday) to 25th (Wednesday), 2024 at COEX Hall C in Seoul.

Key highlights of the event include:

* A highly reputable event co-hosted by multiple government ministries, including the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy.

* Exhibitions featuring AI, Metaverse, and other EdTech-related products, along with special sections (International Pavilion, Startup Pavilion, etc.).

* Various side events and experience programs such as the EdTech Matching Plaza (AllEduShop), the EdTech Excellence Contest, and EdTech Export Consultation.

* Concurrently held International Education Forum to learn about the latest trends in education.

This year's event is enhanced with expanded exhibits and specialized EdTech programs to align with the Ministry of Education's current initiatives on digital innovation in education, including the operation of digital leading schools and teacher training.

By participating, leading domestic and international companies in the education sector will have the opportunity to create business opportunities with teachers from elementary, middle, and high schools, education offices, and education industry professionals. Additionally, participants can enhance their brand image as industry leaders.

The event will feature a wide range of EdTech content such as digital textbooks, personalized learning, AI learning, big data, deep learning, Metaverse, and software/coding. Attendees will have ample networking opportunities, including 1:1 matching with overseas buyers at the 'EdTech Korea Fair Export Consultation'. The 'EdTech Matching Plaza (AllEduShop)' will support one-stop business for domestic and international EdTech companies. The 'Digital Education International Forum' will provide insights into current and future trends in global EdTech with experts from around the world. The event will focus on technological and business exchanges with increased participation from excellent EdTech startups and renowned overseas companies.

Additionally, side events such as training sessions for principals and teachers from metropolitan and provincial education offices, leadership education, vocational education, coding competitions, and class demonstrations will provide practical meeting opportunities with actual demanders.

1. Decide on the type and number of booths to participate in (refer to the event guide).

2. Fill out the attached participation application form, affix your seal, and send it to the Secretariat by fax or email along with a copy of your business registration certificate (contract completion).

3. After receiving the participation invoice, deposit 50% of the participation fee as a contract deposit to the designated account within the specified period.
